In the first year, I achieved 80% growth while spending three times less on advertising than the former marketing agency. At the same time, I built out the marketing team working on print, billboards, TV, radio, support materials and — of course — digital.

Hair Club

At Hair Club I lead the online strategy driving 50% of company sales. Leads and sales have consistently and significantly increased every year in all digital channels – email, SEM, display and SEO.

Florida Power & Light

My role at FPL involved successfully managing three key online projects – including a mobile site, an application redesign and an A/B homepage test. I also took the initiative to create a data-gathering and dashboard system that allowed management to accurately plan online resources.
