My role at FPL involved successfully managing three key online projects – including a mobile site, an application redesign and an A/B homepage test. I also took the initiative to create a data-gathering and dashboard system that allowed management to accurately plan online resources.

  • Initiated data collection and preformed monthly and as-needed analysis
  • Made strategic recommendations to management on the direction of interactive initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver dynamic, branded and research-driven web solutions
